Wolfeboro Freecycle

G.A.L.A. has established a Wolfeboro chapter of the international Freecycle Network. The Freecycle Network(TM) is made up of 4,205 groups with 4,214,000 members across the globe. It's a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (& getting) stuff for free in their own towns. It's all about reuse and keeping good stuff out of landfills. Membership is free.

To begin using the Freecycle service, visit www.freecycle.org and join a chapter in a community near you by clicking on "Browse Groups" above the search box. From there,follow the prompts. Freecyle uses Yahoo Group to coordinate their efforts. If you already have a Yahoo Groups account, great! Otherwise, setting up a Yahoo Group account is painless.
